Helpdesk Ticket System

Helpdesk is our premiere customer support ticketing system. It can handle and create help tickets by 2 ways.

1. Go to our Helpdesk URL above and register a support ticket account and you can fill out a help request ticket.
2. Send an email to support@bluemarsonline.com this will auto generate you a help ticket and send you an email with your temporary password which you can use to log into our helpdesk and check on the status of your inquiry.
